Bios nForce 3 Fine adjustment, Tuning, Options

This area is kept little bit smaller on nForce3.
Boot other divice is useful for portable storage media, like USB sticks.
If not applied you can set the option on disabled.
Boot Up Floppy Seek = Floppy drive search on disabled option.
This will shorten the PC boot time a little bit.
HDD S.M.A.R.T. supervises your hard disk on funtion and temperature.
In disabled option, you save here system resources.
Logo options concern to the black Bios PC startup screen with informative ones.
Value: Full logo enabeld = complete screen filled in startup
Overclockers often put down the Screen LOGO show options.
In few cases this screen was responsible for a PC start mistake.

With Enter on DRAM configuration a further Bios window will be open.
This is described a screenshot below.
AGP Aperture Size: Recommendation 50% of the real memory of the graphic card.
AGP 2.0 Speed: Recommendation on "Auto" , adapts itself to the graphic card
with it.
AGP Aperture Sidebank Adressing: Recommendation "Auto"
Use disabled option, if you have graphic cards problems, or use other graphic
card drivers.
AGP Fast Write: disabled costs minimal graphic Performance and is safer, due to
the graphic card transmitt no direct straight orders to the processor.
Recommendation: disabled. Who would like to take the performance with,
choose enabled and with problems put back.
System Bios Cacheable: Recommendation on "disabled".
Modern operating systems and mainbaords is the paging of the biology in the
main memory not necessary.
The setting "enabled" cares occasionally for problems in the PC stability.
The normally user can leave HT Frequency on value 5 .
Lower values only subject for overclocking options.

Max. Memclock is the Ram divisor option. Setting for memory under DDR400
specifocation in clock speed.
Excample: For DDR333 memory is 166 correct here.
Memory divisor play an important role using overclocking.

Under max memclock the separate latency values of the memory.
Memory tuner can more agressive latency values to win some performance.
To move memory on faster latency values it can helpfull to raise the memory
vdimm voltage. But please be careful with that option.

System Performance: The normally user should choose here "fast" as the fastest
and optimal Setting. Overclockers use "normal" or experimental "fast" .
CPU Overclock in MHz: Value 200, for the normal user without importance.
AGP OverClock in MHz: Value 66. All other will be an overclocking of your
graphic card. AGP overclocking is risky for your graphic card, better don't do it.
AMD K8 Cool' n' Quiet: ''enabled'' for normal users. You save energy.
CPU Ratio Control: For normal users without importance. About "Enter"
determine the CPU multiplier (Clock Ratio), if necessary.
CPU Voltage: Value ''Auto'', higher CPU tension is only for use of overclocking.
Dimm Voltage: Recommendation ''Auto'' or 2.7 V for DDR400 main memory.
Höhere Volt Spannungen benötigt lediglich Arbeitsspeicher höherer Spezifikation.
AGP Volatage: it is automatically recognized in accordance with your graphic card.
The value should not be changed.
Chipset Voltage: 1.6 volts. Higher tension is only for use of overclocking.

Please consider my scqreenshot not as optimal setup.
I do overclocking, and I have only reduced ''CPU overclock in MHz'' and ''chipset
voltage'' for that presentation.

nForce3 and the X2 dual core BIOS processor support 
Apropriate BIOS versions were published by DFI, EPoX and MSI.
