How to work with the programs for the
change of GPU clock ? 
Both Prog. are from russian programmers and assistance in English
language is difficult to find.
The first step is to be exported the existing graphic card BIOS.
Please terminate all open programs please before you start the program.
Prog. reacted sensitively, a system freeze should be avoided.
Now start ATI WinFlash. The program readout the current ATI BIOS version.
The screen is dark short time.
The current BIOS version is indicated in the prog. window and can
exported with "Save" button. Close the program thereafter.

Now Prog Radedit comes for application.
After program start, the sceen boxes are empty.
With the option ' ' LOAD '' you must import the ATI Winflash exported BIOS
file in the program window.
Using Windows Explorer we can navigate into the folder where our Bios
from program WinFlash is stored.
Maybe possibly the Bios is not to be seen, because it is rom or bin file.
In the case in the type of file announcement on "universe files" changes.
Now should the Bios as in the example to see be. Click on it to open.
The screen of Radedit program fills and the BIOS file can be edit.
By sliding control edit core = GPU clock and memory for memory clock
Save the new Bios by "save" button.
Select at best a new name for the BIOSs and the keep the old BIOS as a
bake up. The program is now not more needed then, please close it.
Now again start ATI WinFlash and use the option "load image".
Select by Explorer and navigate to the new BIOS and click on open.
The new Bios is then loaded.
The option "Program" do flash the new Bios on your graphic card.
With the Flash of occurrence the screen approximately 10-12 seconds is
getting dark, thisis normal.
Please, close unnecessary programs before you start the Bios Flash !
Then one system restart is requested by the program.
If not, please do that by choose of "Restart System" badge ".
After PC start, check with a program like Everest, whether the new MHz
values for overclocking were taken over with the new BIOS version.
Should be like that.
An additional Tool to change an ATI Bios is RaBiT.
An engl. softfare, also easy to use.
