Is my memory [RAM] able to
overclock and let itself how I examine whether it then
still runs without errors ?

With no name memory, memory chip on 2nd or 3rd board it is not recommended
to overclock.
Qualitatively these memory is rarely created to run with higher clocks faultlessly,
also they are not laid out for higher volt tension of vdimm.
With brands Board and brands value memory chips this looks out already in a
different way.
One reaches the best overclocking results as rule with High End - Low Latency
memory modules.
Memory overclocking we do about the Front Side Bus.
Examples are named in the Ovoerclocking nForce 2 practices guide.
Memory overclocking one as a rule we do with help by vdimm volt of tension.
Brands memory modules were supposed to go up to 2.8 vdimm.
Only manufacturers of High End modules release as a rule higher volt of tension.
Another possible overclocking help is the defusing of the memory latency values
upwards to raise the memory clock.
This option does not bring mostly a lot.
Rather uncommonly, a custom Bios gather in command rate 2T is set.
On Latency value command rate 2T memory also reaches higher clocks.

The test should be done with Memtest: Download Web Page [Link]
This page also contains a program description to ''Memtest''.
As an approx. empirical value for the help:
Nomal MDT value memory DDR400 CL 2.5 leaves on its normal latency values
with 2.77 vdimm possibly to FSB to 218 clocks and with 2.9 vdimm possibly to
FSB 224 faultlessly.
With High End memory one reaches a higher clock range.
A Corsair CMX512-3200LL memory can be pursued with lightly defused latency
values and with 2.9 vdimm to FSB 232 faultlessly.
Which High Ened Memory modules are best
On nForce 2 more than memory of the specification DDR500 may do no sense.
A FSB of 270 and lightly more is reached only sometimes.
To overclock are very well memory modules with the chips: BH5, Winbond UTT,
Hynix B and Hynix D5 suitably.
BH5 need something in vdimm tension to reach high clock rates.
2.9 volts v/dimm are here rather too little.
