NVIDIA ForceWear Network Access Manager Install Error

With driver Versions after 5.1 and Microsoft XP professional you get perhaps with the
install of the forcewear driver a "NVIDIA ForceWear Network Access Manager error".
Although you do not install the driver about a network. 

The securety error message looks out as follows:

At this point the driver package breaks off the further installation.

Remedy:
put on a new system user profile with name of "user". 
Start Windows XP again and try the driver's installation again.
Now the installation of the driver should function.
