Near the nForce operation drivers, the AMD Athlon64 a driver AMD CPU is demanded
for the cool & quiet use of the AMD Athlon64 CPU.

To be able to use cool and quiet the following system configuration must be done:

1. In the BIOS cool and Quiet and ACPI 2.0 must be activated. 
2. a.m. AMD  Athlon64 driver must be installed.
3. Under energy options of the system control the option 
-  " minimal consumption of energy " is to be chosen.


Who overclocks the processor and changed the multiplier settings of the CPU to a
lower multipler, please, pay attention thereby the cool and Quiet operation is 
endangered.
