Part 1 of the mistake examination would be concluded.
To the security, please check the loudspeaker connections at your computer
rear panel.

If you now have still no correct sound from center or bass loudspeakers, we must
do a futher Registry intervention to help us by self.

Open the program "regedit", e.g., about start and implement.
As a search you give the notion "Bass". See picture below.

Registry Bass search, to edit
After successful search you land with "APU" and see on the right side the entries
"CreatePhantomBass" and "CreateCenter"
The search for "bass" has taken there us purposefully here.
Change the active DWORD entries of "CreatePhantomBass" or
"CreateCenter" of "0" in "1" to activate the required loudspeaker.
Then you finish regedit and do a PC to restart.

After PC restart, check again with NV Mixer if 5.1 loudspeakers entry is now enabled.
If not, please set the option "5.1. Loudspeakers" by self.

Then center and bass loudspeaker should sound correctly.

Mixer Loudspeaker Assistent
Adapt then loudness for center and subwoofer loudspeaker.
